A while ago I found a cool tool to let you tweak ColdFusion’s charts to your heart’s content. ColdFusion’s tags let you do some custom formatting, but it is pretty limited. You are kind of stuck with the original designs that ship with CF. But a while ago I found an article written by Tim Buntel, ColdFusion’s product manager. He described a tool called WebCharts3D which comes with ColdFusion 7. With this tool you can build custom CSS styles for any of the available chart types. I had to spend a few minutes today finding this again, so I decided I’d make a blog entry so I could find it in the future.
