I’ve been thinking for a while that I should do some research and find good ways to do a workout from home. We don’t have enough money to spend on a gym membership or a workout machine, and I know I’ve heard that you can do most of that stuff from home with little to no expense. So finally today I googled ‘home workout’ and found this cool site that explains all the excercises you can do strengthen most areas of your body. It looks like if you want to become super buff, you’ll need to eventually graduate from home workout stuff, but this is good to get me started. Now, I just need to find some good motivation! 😉
